Returns and Delivery Policy

As all our furniture is made to order in our workshop, we sadly are not able to offer refunds or returns. However, in the event of any issues that may arise, we will endeavour to rectify these as soon as possible.

For commissioned furniture, we will send you detailed drawings and measurements before we start making so you know exactly what you’ll get. However, wood is a living material and therefore there could be very minor discrepancies.

For items purchased from our online shop, we charge a delivery fee. For commissioned pieces of furniture we will deliver the piece to you free of charge. In some circumstances, where it is not possible for us to deliver, for example if you are based outside the UK, we will use a courier service to ensure the piece arrives in immaculate condition. This will include a delivery fee, that will be quoted for alongside the furniture.
